  • Mary Lee (Floyd) Walton (b. 1793 Jefferson County, KY; d. 25 Jun 1875 Calviton Plantation Jefferson County MS) - owner; her brother was the Sergeant Floyd who died on the fameous Lewis and Clark Expedition.  One son, Alexander Young Walton, lived on Retirement Plantation - Adams MS with his wife whose ancestors owned the plantation.  A daughter, Mary Agnes Walton, married first Abijah Hunt of Calviton Plantation (son of David Hunt of Woodlawn Plantation MS ) and second married  Edgar Wood of Calviton Plantation in Jefferson County, MS.

    • In 1808 Mary Lee travelled to Natchez with her sister Elizabeth and Elizabeth's husband, Thomas Minor Winn. She married John W. Winn on 27 Apr 1809 in Natchez, and William Parke Walton (born about 1793 in VA) on 17 Dec 1818 in Natchez.  The Winn brothers probably operated a large livery in Natchez.  John W.  Winn may have been a publisher as well.

    • Mary Lee inherited a 320 acre parcel of land in the Indiana Territory that her dead brother Charles (Sergeant Floyd) got for serving on the Lewis and Clark expedition.  She later gave it to relatives or sold it.
